This is a very versatile sauce. It can be used on sandwiches, for dipping or for a sauce with a main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoon course ground mustard (or Dijon mustard)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley

  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce or hot sauce (add more if you want it more spicy)

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 clove pressed garlic

  • 2 teaspoon chopped capers

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients until well blended.

Notes

  • Make ahead so the flavors can blend together.
